At Lucy & Yak, we want you to love your colorful wardrobe, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Select whether you would like a direct refund to your original payment method or a free exchange for a different size or color.

Pack and Label

Carefully pack your items in the original reusable mailer and download your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal.

Drop it Off

Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days.
